Introducing My Topic - Makeup
As mentioned quite a few times already, this blog is all about makeup. I know, there are many blogs out there about this even in the form of YouTube videos, Instagram posts and etc. What makes my blog different, is that I will share my personal journey with makeup. I assure you, after following me on this blog, you will probably get to know me on a more personal level - a little scary, I know.
As a certified makeup artist, you could automatically assume that I am could navigate myself around this "world" pretty easily and have many tips and tricks to show you. These could be things like: buying a full face of makeup on a budget, how to apply foundation without it looking "cakey", how I keep my base smooth, etc. As I am currently still a jobless student at university, everything is guaranteed affordable. Sounds good right?
Not only will this blog help you buy the necessities without going broke, but it will show you the creative side of makeup. It takes a lot of skill, but I'll make sure to make it as easy as possible to follow. Think of it as a free makeup course (only less professional - I like to have fun too).
Who am I to think that I could teach makeup to an audience just like that? And why should I be trusted? Well, again, I am certified so I'm sure to know SOME things. But also, I will be writing with research and the guide of other known makeup gurus such as, my favorite, Huda Beauty (http://hudabeauty.com/). A lot of the things I know today come from her - so she gets a lot of my credit!
Makeup isn't as easy as it probably seems. There are many mistakes that could simply be made but also could so easily be fixed - that's what I'm here for!
